Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there are significant delays with your order, we will inform you via email.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to health and safety regulations, food items generally cannot be returned. However, returns may be considered in the following cases:

Incorrect or Damaged Products: If you receive the wrong item or if the food arrives damaged, you may return the item or receive a refund.

Quality Issues: If the food is spoiled or does not meet quality standards, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if you report the issue within the specified timeframe.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
